Fallow Deer are medium-sized deer with a variety of coat colors, most commonly spotted or tan, and males have broad, palmate antlers. They inhabit woodlands and open fields and are grazers and browsers, feeding on grasses, leaves, and shrubs. Fallow Deer are social, forming herds, and are commonly hunted for meat and trophies.
