The Springbok is a medium-sized antelope known for its distinctive white face stripe, tan coat, and the unique “pronking” behavior where it leaps high into the air. They are highly social, forming herds that graze on grasses and succulents in arid and semi-arid regions. Adapted to dry environments, they can survive long periods without water.
